Step 1: Receiving Inspection
Every shipment of components that arrives at our facility undergoes a thorough receiving inspection to verify its integrity and accuracy. This initial step includes checking:
Order Verification: Purchase Order Number, Part Number, Manufacturer, and Quantity are all confirmed against the original order.
Component & Packaging Integrity: We inspect for proper ESD and MSL packaging to prevent damage, and verify the Lot/Date Code, Certificate of Conformance (COC), and Country of Origin (COO).
Custom Requirements: Any special customer requirements are confirmed at this stage.
Step 2: Quality Inspection
Once received, components move to our detailed quality inspection phase. This involves a series of rigorous checks to ensure authenticity and performance:
Documentation and Visual Inspection: We scrutinize all documentation and visually inspect components for any physical defects or inconsistencies.
Physical and Electrical Verification: This includes Dimension Inspection, Remarking and Resurfacing Inspection, and Terminal/Lead Inspection.
Advanced Analysis: We utilize X-Ray Analysis and Electrical & Functional Testing to verify the internal structure and performance of the components, ensuring they meet all specifications.
Step 3: Additional Testing
For an even higher level of assurance, we offer a range of additional specialized testing services:
Solderability Testing: To ensure components will perform reliably during the manufacturing process.
Decapsulation: To inspect the internal die of a component.
Advanced Material Analysis: This includes Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Testing and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Material Analysis.
Heated Solvent Testing: To detect any signs of counterfeiting or remarking.
Step 4: Shipping
Our commitment to quality extends to the shipping process. Before any order is dispatched, we conduct a final verification to ensure:
Order Accuracy: We double-check the Sales Order Number, Part Number, and Quantity.
Proper Handling: We confirm the correct Shipping Method and Shipping Terms are applied.
Customer Specifications: Any special shipping or handling requirements from the customer are meticulously followed.
Step 5: Final Approval
No component leaves our facility without a final approval from our quality assurance team, signifying that it has successfully passed all stages of our rigorous inspection process.
